She was extremely helpful and knew exactly what we required to be fully covered if (heaven forbid) something happened. In fact she not only had our needs in mind but our neighbours in complex. Discovering we had been incorrectly covered was a surprise but the explanations she gave us make us feels safe. She always returned calls and did so when she said she would. Both my husband and myself would FULLY RECOMMEND Elaine and Drayden insurance for all your needs. Thanks Elaine.

She answered all of my questions, explained my policy thoroughly to me and offered some useful advice. When dealing with insurance policies it gives you peace of mind knowing that you have a broker who is looking out for you and working in your best interest. I would highly recommend working with Elaine to anyone who is looking for insurance.

They do not cancel policies when asked to and seem to have higher pricing than other places after shopping around. Everytime I call in there is a new person I have to deal with so it seems like they go through staff like crazy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are moving from Ontario to Alberta and needed to arrange home and auto insurance. I called a few companies that would be local to us and Drayden was by far the best experience I had.
Lisa went out of her way to explain what would be required in terms of insurance, documents we could provide to help lower our premiums, and even let us know what would be required to change our vehicle registration from Ontario to Alberta.
She was so personable and easy to talk to, and took an experience that can sometimes be frustrating and arduous, and turned it into a positive and pleasurable one. I couldn't recommend Lisa highly enough!
