★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you to Farnese and Troy Nicholle! I have been stressing for days about getting insurance for my truck. I dealt with a couple other places and they were all giving me the run around. One problem after another. Until today when i found Farnese. I was connected with Troy who got me a quote and finished my paper work in just a little bit of time. I have been waiting days for the other places to call me back. I am happy i found this branch and am finally stress free. Thank you Troy.

Emailed Susan Arnold Monday morning and she got back to me right away and went over what would need to be done and when to expect a phone call from the Adjuster. Susan was very professional but also personable which made me feel at ease with a stressful situation. Thank you to Susan and Farnese Insurance for being there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently took my advanced road test at Farnese Insurance, with the instructor named Faika. A few years ago I had a very bad experience taking my Advanced Road Test (at a different registry, in Edmonton) where I found the instructor to be belittling and cruel when I failed to pass the test. My experience at Farnese and with Faika could not have been more different. I would recommend this registry to anyone who has anxiety about taking their road test. Faika put me completely at ease, especially considering I had to do a last minute vehicle change due to a burnt out brake light and was driving in a unfamiliar vehicle to my own. Again, excellent experience, and bravo to both Farnese and to Faika for their incredible service.
