K	Kristie Phelan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Friendly Nails since November and had been relatively happy with my nails and pedicures. However the last 2 appointments were terrible. After paying way too much for a mani/pedi (they upcharge for everything!!) I was sent out with nails that were not cured because it was so rushed. I returned, and the nails were “fixed” with the wrong color. Today, I had to have my nails removed. The tech literally jammed an acrylic nail between my real nail and fake nail to remove destroying my natural nails by ripping them off. She then noted how thin and damaged my natural nails were under the removal. Ya think? So she offered to put a clear shellac on. Super nice of her…. No. A clear coat of Shellac cost me an additional $30. So $52 charge to have my nails ripped off and a clear shellac coat. I will NEVER return. Correct me if I’m wrong, but I’ve never had my nails removed like that before! Stay away… stay far away!

Situation explained to the owner and I was told it was because my hands were dry. My hands were not dry enough for the person to go over filing 2 of my fingers to the point where they got cut. The second cut, I got up and walked away said I had enough. I had a bill of 420.00 and wasn't pleased at all with my nails. I'm just happy my daughter or nieces didn't get this nail lady. She was horrible!! ??

Thank you so much Loren, Vivian, Hannah, Michelle and Tris! Imagine the other ladies who does amazing work like them as well! Powder set is for me! Amazing and strong like these ladies ? I would recommend powder set if you want strong nails! Never disappointed. Especially when I work with my hands ALOT!!!
L	Linda Kenny on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had both a manicure and pedicure done by Nara on Sunday. She is a lovely lady and I enjoyed her doing my nails and feet. What I am unhappy about is this. A piece of color chipped off my nail last night, just one day after having my manicure and pedicure done. I called about getting it fixed today and was told that Nara was busy with another client. The lady on the phone said that if I came right away, someone else would fix it and it would only take 5 minutes. Perfect! I drove right there only to be told they were all busy and asked if I could I wait 30 minutes. I understand they were busy, but am I as a customer with chipped nail color not as important as the customers currently getting their nails done? They want me to go back tomorrow to get it fixed. I was there today and they could have just taken 5 minutes to fix it so I wouldn't have to make another trip. Friendly Nails has friendly people working there without a doubt. I feel my time and business should be as important as the next persons. I did not feel that way leaving Friendly Nails today and for this reason I will not be going back.

I have gone to her for eyebrow waxing, tinting, and nails. Her work is so beautiful but also, it is always exactly what I wanted. My nails have been stunning every single time. Sam is also really nice to deal with. I have made a few mistakes on reservations and had to do a cancellation with short notice but Sam was so awesome about it. The online booking is very convenient and easy. The salon is beautiful, clean, and has great drinks! I convinced my friends to get their nails done here and now they travel from West Ed and St. Albert for fills! Can't recommend enough!
