★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i could give negative 5 I would. My baby is sick, they told me to bring her in AFTER THEY CONFIRMED SHE WAS A PATIENT. I drove my baby there as a first precaution that she won't need a hospital and when I got there they REFUSED TO SEE MY KID. This receptionist is one of the worst I have come across
Also hey Dr! Your receptionist said she is your manager! She is rude she didn't do her job even after you agreed to take my kids on as patients before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been trying for a week to book my appointment - no one ever answers the phone and there is no option to leave a message so they can call you back. It's as if they're trying to avoid doing what they're apparently there to do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to cancel my appointment after rude service from the time I booked my appointment to receiving the service from my appointment. I suggest to go elsewhere, as will I in the future. The receptionist really needs to work on their customer service skills and provide relevant and accurate information as everything she told me was incorrect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negative stars as receptionist is very rude, her behavior over the phone is not acceptable at all. She will straight away ask you to go somewhere else. Dr's you really need to talk to her and give her some advice.
