N	Nikki C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - his assistants overbooks patients, place is packed! - the wait time is deplorable. It can take 1 -3 hours to see him when you're in the lobby with an appointment. (Avg is about and hour and a half because the assistant will prep you to see the doctor, so like eye drops eye pressure measurements, questionnaires etc.) - the doctor is tardy. There are times patients have booked an appointment for 8am but the doctor won't show up until like 10-10:30am if you're lucky. The doctor is good at what he does, just wished he would be more punctual.

His staff needs to leave float in his schedule and not overbook like they do. My Mom is 85 years old and she had to wait over 2 hours for her appointment ... this is crazy! Let's see if the Doctor likes to wait 2 hours after he makes an appointment for a specific time. Our appointment was for 11.40 am and we did not leave his office until after 2 pm and my Mom only needed a prick in her eye by him.

S	Simren Atwal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot speak to how Dr Butler is as a physician as I saw another physician at the clinic however, this is a review about one of his clinical assistants Vanessa. I have had two negative interactions with her where she was very unprofessional; one of which was during a surgical procedure. She neglected to practice proper hand hygiene and after politely asking her to change her gloves between seeing patients, her tone with me changed and she became quite rude/defensive. During this eye procedure I was expressing I was in pain. She then told me (in front of both myself and the physician) "it's karma" for what I had requested earlier re: the basic hygiene practice. The second interaction I had with her was just as unprofessional and her comments were very disrespectful. It is unfortunate such a person with poor/rude bedside manner is employed at this office. In my opinion her attitude is uncaring. She should undertake further education to significantly improve her patient care/interaction, or maybe she would be better suited in a role that is less patient focused.
