I signed a 6 month contract with Frank and after a month or two without a call I reached out to Frank and asked him for updates once in awhile to see what we could change to get the business sold. He literally called me once after that request. He didn't even bother to call me when our 6 month contract expired. The first sign I knew there was something wrong with his approach is when he took the listing pictures with his phone on his first visit as he was walking out. I let him know I wasnt happy with the pictures and I sent him some new pictures that I took with a real camera and he snapped at me, insisting his pictures were better. The second was when he told me he would photocopy my documents and return them to me in a few days. After waiting a month or two I asked if he had them , he said he hadn't gotten around to it yet. Not a good impression. For a 10% commission I would think he would do more than just list the business on a few websites and "blast" (what he called it) email spams over and over to the same people. I will be finding another realtor and I hope I have a better experience. PS. I sent my friend to him to sell his business when I originally signed with Frank and he was able to sell it for less than half the asking price. I was waiting him to say thanks for sending me a client or something along those lines but nothing. Frank never mentioned anything. You're welcome Frank!

Laziest person i have ever seen in my life. There is no 0 star option, he deserves ZERO. UPDATE TO FRANK’s REPLY… This is not a fraudulent review Frank. I messaged you many times and there was no reply from you for the business u had on listing in downtown. So please do reply if someone message you for the business listings.

E-mail and text replies are always quick and accurate. He has always been in my position to sell the restaurant. I wasn't good at English, but he always tried to understand and explained to the buyer on my behalf. I'm sure he's a profession selling restaurants☆
