★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During this insane market, we worked with Russell for 2 months to find a great location close to transit and schools for our family of 4 . After 3 multiple offers, we finally landed in our dream home on a cul-de-sac close to the Skytrain. Russell was amazing throughout the entire process; he went above and beyond to help us with referrals; inspectors, lawyer and movers. Russell is extremely patient, knowledgeable, supportive and kind. He never pushed us to do something out of our comfort zone and often reminded us against properties that may not have met enough of our criteria. Having had a recent bad experience working with another agent to buy a home in Burnaby, this process was like night and day. Our 8 year old son just asked me last night, "Daddy, don't you miss seeing Russell all the time? I do." The entire family, whole wholeheartedly recommends Russell as an awesome real estate agent and person.
