β β β β β I contracted Steve Flynn to help me find my forever home. I provided a list of what was important me. Steve did not waste my time bringing me anything that did not meet my list, as he accepted how important the list was to me. No pressure and loads of patience! Rare.
We took our time and ultimately Steve brought forward a listing that checked every box on the list. We were swiftly in viewing and offering. Steve worked hard to get me the best deal possible. Once we had a deal, Steve was awesome aligning me with all the key professionals essential to making sure the property was a good buy and that all legal/financial Tβs crosses and Iβs dotted!
Steven is ethical, responsive and creative, which is a hard to find in a realtor. He made a typically stressful exercise fun and efficient!
I canβt recommend Steve enough!

β β β β β Steve has been an amazing realtor to work with! My husband and I have 2 dogs and we also just recently had our baby. So we thought it was time for us to move in to a bigger place. I was skeptical at the beginning when we met him as we were having a hard time selling our place last year - it was in the market for approximately 5 months then. We were so impressed how he sold our place in 4 days and find our new home all within a week! He's hard-working, knowledgeable of the real estate market and it's own laws, he's fast and he listens and knows/understands exactly what we want/need. We had a great experience with him and we will definitely hire him again in the future or recommend him to anyone who is interested in buying/selling their property.

β β β β β I have worked with Steve since 2012. I purchased a condo in new west with an ex and he was great! Very knowledgeable & eager. Also, always available by phone which I love! We sold the condo when we broke up and Steve was back to help us do this too! We sold quickly and the process was very smooth. Steve always wants what is best for his client. That is clear in how he works. Now, a few years went by and I reached out again but this time to buy a condo alone this time. Steve was happy to hear from me and ready to be put to work. I am not an easy client to manage, I am high stress/emotional yet he manages me & my emotions through these crazy times so well! I could not say more good things about him. I will def use him again in the future. :)
