She couldn't wait for patient to finish the question; refuse to check what the previous appointment time was never mind it was her clinic changed appointment time unilaterally and refuse to escalate the issue to manager or to others. Terrible "I don't care" attitude. She should be fired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. D. Matheson is wonderfu! He took time to listen and then explained the details to me clearly. He then suggested a referral to another specialist who would continue investigating my problem. He is a Great doctor! He takes his time and wants to solve the problem at hand.
