The surprises get better as you read. I WAS a patient of Dr. Naiman's for 9 years and were referred to her shortly after she started working at Dr Paul Freedman's office. My Wife actually helped her get her new office going. When we started to see her at her new office I noticed that every time I went to visit her, I was placed in a consultation room with an unsecured laptop and unlocked laptop running with the patient record tool. I advised her of the PEPIDA laws regarding the protection of personal data and I showed her how to lock her computers. This happened 3 times in a row. Each time I became more aggressive in my condemnation of her poor data control attitude. At one point I even altered the window frame colours on the Windows machine to HOT PINK. No one noticed! Subsequent to that, Dr. Naiman's office messed up a Sleep clinic referral and when we spoke to the sleep clinic doctor and mentioned her name, he just shook her head and said, "Now I understand" before we could even explain anything. On the last visit I was sent to a larger consultation room to wait for her. This one had a much larger screen and on it was the complete details of the last person she had seen, a 62 year old female! I took a high resolution, detailed photo of the screen as evidence and chewed her out for her actions! SHE NEVER KNEW I GOT THE PHOTO! After this we started getting prescription refill bills that were on par with the cost of the prescription itself so we left her practice and returned to Dr. Freedman's office again. There we saw Dr Krauss. During the initial visit, Dr. Krauss had to collect our entire 9 year history from our memory because there had been almost no records kept of our visits, procedures, or anything in the 9 years we had been with Dr Naiman. In summary, she's sweet and all but that's about it. Her office staff other doctors are almost entirely female which I find personally interesting as well.

Dr Naiman is a fabulous doctor! I come here with my teen daughters and they feel so comfortable and are so happy with her! The front desk staff work so hard and are so helpful when you need them!

My favourite Doctor of all time. Always helpful, friendly, remembers me even if it has been a year or two since I've been. She's even caught things others have missed or missed diagnosed. She's an amazing doctor and an amazing person. You couldn't ask for more!
