I was number 25 i didnt want to wait there for 2 hrs i called 5 times to make sure my number wasnt passed. She told me number 17 was in and to come in half an hr.. when i came they were way passed my number and number 35 went in before me. They have horrible customer service and favour patients. The wait is too long and receptionist is unfriendly... HORRIBLE!!

He has no care for his patients and turns them away when they need assistance. He takes advantage of immigrant patients who do not know their rights. He only prescribes medication to suppress any symptoms rather than diagnosing the patient. He does not speak English well. His receptionist is always lost and seems to be afraid of him. Save your own life and your families' lives and go elsewhere.

It's true about the wait time, it can get out of hands sometimes but I like it this way. No need to make appointments days in advance. The parking is more than ample. I also found the front staff very nice and no signs of favouritism at all.
J	Jaime Diep on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He is a great family physician. Very knowledgeable and speaks good English and Vietnamese. The receptionist can speak English, Vietnamese and Chinese. Everything is great here including plenty of parking in the plaza. However the wait here is very long. It can take up to 2-3 hours. They don't take appointments so it is first come first serve.
R	Richard Doan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not sure where all these good reviews are coming from but this is a terrible practice to take your loved ones to. Both the doctor and especially the receptionist will sour your experience. Expect long wait times even if you are scheduled to see the doctor and the poor customer service from the receptionist will send you fuming. There is only one receptionist there that will make you lose your mind and I am positive her name is Karen. For something as simple as picking up a prescription that has already been written, you can expect to wait 30+ minutes on a good day. Do yourselves a favor and find another practice to go to.
