S	Sunil Cherian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lived here for just over a year. Good building, amenities, and location. Like a lot of people have already mentioned, the building has horrible management. They ignore your calls and emails. And when you finally get through, they are dismissive and not helpful. Got tons of emails about dog poo, though. I reported an issue with the water in my unit and it went unanswered for 6 months (I moved out). Also, both the elevators were damaged due to flooding on one of the top floors. It took them over a month and a half to get one fixed, and around 3 months to fix the other. While the flood may not have been their fault, it is unacceptable to have the elevators down for that long, and that was in management’s control even though they blamed it on “parts”. In any case, replacing management with one that is effective would result in a higher rating. My experience was 2 stars and that’s only because of the building itself (location, amenities). 0 stars for management.

I	Indira Fajardo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great community. We are steps from the subway station, min from mayor intersections and the highway. We have great amenities, good staff, and friendly neighbors. I totally recommend this building for young families ??❤.

s	sola joseph on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the amenities offered and the proximity to the city. Most of all the concierge service is A1. The best thing about the building is the staff at the concierge area. They are a gem.

C	Cynthia Zhang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm the resident here for about a year. I have to be fair with the review. There are quite few securities who were responsible to their job and response quick. But the rest really doesn't even care, no response no update to any report especially at night. I really hope the property management can do a better job with their communication skills. But the whole building is somehow organized so far. And yes, there are too many addicts in the building, and there are too many over size dogs, which don't behave well. Other than that, the community is for young professionals. I feel ok to live in here.
