While they did not have what I was looking for at the dealership at that moment, Melissa said she would let me know if anything came up. Only a few hours later, she let me know that they would have something in a couple days and within a week I was driving my new (to me) 2019 Impreza Sport Hatchback. Melissa was helpful, easy-going, friendly and I never felt any pressure at all. The impreza was detailed, serviced and looking good when i picked it up. It handles like a dream and Im extremely happy with my purchase!

We had to wait 6 months after putting down a deposit, but we did get the car in the end. This review is only for the sales department, we haven't had any experience with the service department yet, so I can't make a comment there.

When I arrived I said I did not have time for the tires, please just do the basic oil and filter change and I would gladly rebook next week for the remainder of the work. At that point I was told they didn't have the ability to get the work done in a timely manner while I waited. Additionally, they requested up to a 1 hour wait for the use of the shuttle. This is not acceptable customer service. If I am given issues in the future I will happily purchase the OE parts through an industry contact and have the work done at Mini Toronto or one of the other dealers I work with. They provide exceptional customer service, perhaps the best in Canada of any dealer. While a basic concept in sales is to try and upsell, another is to keep people from leaving. Once a client is out the door, they have a lot of options and may not be back. My industry expertise is available to all All the best, Daniel ?

Her expertise and thorough and knowledgeable answers to our questions were very much appreciated. We were both also impressed with the little gestures, like bookmarking pages in the owners-manual and highlighting what papers went where. Melissa's sales style was a perfect fit for us as we had dreaded going to car showrooms and dealing with overbearing sales people. She provided us with all of the information we needed and answered all of our questions without pushing us for the sake of a sale. We are loving our new car so far and feel at ease knowing that Melissa has let us know that she will be available in the future if we have any more questions or concerns.
