★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not at all impressed with the quality of the service and the highly questionable value for what they actually did for a private real estate transaction. For a small amount of paperwork and a few notary stamps, they charged $196.00. By comparison, my brother had exactly the same service done in Vancouver and paid $40.00. How does that make any sense?!
