Not only did she know exactly what we were looking for, but she actually truly cared about us as a family, not just us as a sale. She was honest and told me when she thought things weren’t what we were looking for, entered countless bidding wars with us, answered my questions at all hours even if they maybe sounded silly (I’m an over-thinker and a worrier) and she never once made me feel like an inconvenience.
