We had the very good fortune of randomly finding John to be our agent in our search for a house/land in Kelowna. Being from out of town and unable to travel during covid heightened our need to find someone we could trust and rely on as our eyes and ears for us in Kelowna. Not only was this a physical requirement but also one involving judgement and the ability to be discerning and perceptive on someone else's behalf which is no easy task. John was not only up to the task but he surpassed all expectations we had when entering this process. John is extremely professional, intuitive, patient, rational, passionate, hard working, punctual, present, knowledgeable and caring to name a few of his traits. He always came through for us; meeting deadlines (even if it meant working on Saturday or Sunday night), finding professional help on short notice, providing timely and insightful information and soliciting outside input when necessary. I cannot highly recommend John enough to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate in the Kelowna area.
