★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Real estate agents Joanna and JP were purposely misleading, acting as dual agents and leading us to believe they were our agent. We were taken advantage of as we aren't fluent in english, and were aggressive on getting us to sign contracts and forms.
On the possession date, we had to pick up the keys and they did not walk through the house with us. The realtors also stated that all furniture in the pictures would be included, but did not carry through. The place was left in bad condition and a lot of cleaning and repairs had to be done. Their words do not match up to their actions.
Due to these reasons, we have tried contacting them several times to set things straight. However, they ignored us and don't pick up any calls or reply to texts. They are unprofessional, dishonest, and have bad attitudes.
