T	Tiffany Cheng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very sturdy bikes, had no problems with them during our ride. we rented for nearly 2 hours because there was really no place or good view to bike around. the guy who helped us that day was very friendly and even changed 3 of our bikes when we found the seats too high. friendly service and staff, appreciate them!

It is one electrical plug, Ive done tires on it before. Very unprofessional service to a local who has bought bikes there in past. I will never return and would not recommend.

Recently, I went in to purchase 2 feet of cable housing. Although they had “100 yards,” they refused to sell any to me because they needed it to service bikes. I had to wait 4 days to get it serviced at OO. I had group rides coming up so I went to Penticton where I made the purchase. That is where I will go in the future.

Brandon from Double 0 Bikes drove by us and stopped to see if he could give us a hand. We got some new tubes from him, he helped us getting air into the tire and seating it on the rim with his full size pump. He was very pleasant and helpful all while his family was waiting for him in his truck. Thanks again
J	Jino Bruno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are in Osoyoos for a few days and while bike riding we got a flat tire. This happened on Sunday the 17 and the shop is closed on Sunday and Monday. But on Tuesday I brought my bike in to get repaired and they service advisor told me that it would be repaired later that day. When I told him that we were only here for a couple days and be a shame not to be able go riding today. He told me that he would his best to get me going ASAP. Within an hour I was called to let me know my bike was ready. The service was fantastic and price was very fair. This is the second time we have dealt with this guys. Would recommend them to anyone. On a scale of 1 to 10, they were a 10. Jino Bruno
D	D Bawn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a small town, I was pleasantly surprised that the shop stocked a tube for my fat-bike tire. The first one had a different valve stem. No problem, seamless exchange and they had the correct part. Great knowledgeable staff and professional service. I won't need to worry about bringing an oversupply of spare parts, next time we are back in Osoyoos
B	Bre Witt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow I can't begin to express the gratitude for these people, what a kind, community focused business that radiates a heart to help and give. My dad had his bike damaged while inside the grocery store getting some much needed groceries, I guess someone had tried to steal it and ended up getting upset so they damaged it instead, we don't have a Vehicle, so he bike rides 45 mins there and 45 mins back to grab as many groceries as he can usually 2 times a week, it was a tough day knowing our main source of transportation was taken from us. These kind people jumped to offer to help. My dad is someone who always helps everyone and would have just given that bike to the person who damaged it, if they had asked because that's who he is, always thinking of others and rarely ever complains. This act of kindness put us in tears thank you and bless you all!
