★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service was terrible. The restaurant wasn't very clean and there were three washrooms but only one available to the public and you had to be buzzed in. That one washroom was filthy, and I assume the staff that makes the food uses that one too. Maybe that's why they're so miserable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meh, This place was just okay. Service was good and clearly a successful chain. Food was a little bland to me. The restaurant itself was clean throughout. I'm not sure why this place is so highly rated. Nothing bad to say, just nothing spectacular either. If you've been to one, you've likely been to them all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service, received wrong drink after waiting for nearly 10 minutes. No apology and another 5 minutes wait to get the correct drink. Found staff unprofessional and just short of rude. Will never go back to this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Insanely slow over the long weekend. Saw many people show up then leave due to wait times. Drive through appeared to be going 3x the speed vs inside. Probably understaffed but frustrating for everyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. Service was INSANELY slow, and we had to repeat our order 3 times to the cashier. Even when we finally received our order, we were missing 2/3rds of it. Our drinks (tea lemonade quenchers) took well over 15 minutes to receive, and that was after reminding them twice about our missing drinks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited around 9am and the place was very busy. I ordered via self order. It took them over 40 mins to get the order ready for dine-in.Very very slow service. The drive- through was moving even slower.Place was clean though. Staff appeared upset and were rude. No body was checking any orders, I went up and asked for a small hot chocolate and the staff at the counter just handed it out.Although I had ordered he never bothered to check. A staff member who stood out was the one outside, sweeping. He was very thorough with his task. That was refreshing to see.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So disappointed.. after waiting in the drive-through this morning for 20 minutes, my order was terrible and wrong. My farmers breakfast sandwich did not have chipotle sauce on it nor a hashbrown. It was terribly disheveled and poorly made. My tea was cold… the donut was good.
