D	Dave on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pleased we found this place. The service was amazing for being packed. The food was very tasty and was served pretty quick. Looks like a nice family run business and by the looks of it, they do a tremendous job. Next time we are in Osoyoos we will be back for sure.

D	David Wright on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our first time to the Diamond Steak & Seafood House and we were not disappointed. Staff was outstanding from the moment we arrived. Service was attentive but non rushed. The wine list was great! I had the 10 oz tenderloin and it was done perfectly. Excellent taste. Another at our table had the Striploin and he said it was excellent. Overall the experience was great and I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Calamari is one of my favourite dishes and this dish at Diamond was not one of my favourites. The dish looked good but the taste said otherwise. The calamari was a bit overly chewy at times and the tomatoes were soft overly ripe. The service left a lot to be desired. The waiter dropped off the food and was never seen or heard from again. Well until the bill was due. No follow up on how's the food or would you like anything else etc. The hardest worker was probably the young boy the restaurant used to top off people's water. Must have paid the kid per glass refilled based on how often he came around refilling. Dinner options are limited in the town so beggars can't be choosers. Pricey for what you get. I would try other places before I came back.
J	Jade Rangen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give zero stars I would. We had a reservation booked for Mothers Day and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. It was my first Mother’s Day and we were visiting from out of town. The staff at the front door were very friendly but from the minute we sat down we felt rushed, neglected and judged. We had been sitting for less than a minute and our server asked what we wanted to drink when I said I wasn’t sure she said you want this and walked away. She returned a minute later (without our drinks) and asked what we were eating. We said we needed more time to look. She went on to say she had two big tables and we better decide before they order. When she returned another minute later with our drinks we still weren’t ready but we made a quick decision because we felt so rushed and pressured. We went on to drink our drinks which were ok. Our food came out 5 minutes later… and looked and smelled awful. We were so upset about our experience we asked another staff member to bring us a box and the bill. It was a young boy with clearly no customer service experience. He returned with the box and our server brought the bill. She didn’t even ask why we were leaving or anything. It was my first Mother’s Day and this restaurant completely ruined our day. We headed to North Basin after which had great atmosphere and service! They restored our night.

The break and the quality of the food was invigorating and got us ready for the last leg of the trip . We were on the way to Vancouver. Service was excellent and the lasagna was top notch. Highly recommend this place. It was busy but we were able to get in . Well worth it .

I ordered the sole and shrimp/ rice with mushroom soup and amber ale beer. The staff came by and took our order quite quickly and a few more times to check on the food and water.
