Absolute GARBAGE place! I will never set foot in this place ever again. Once you buy the car they no longer care about yout at all. I have recently purchased a 2015 vehicle from here and about 2 months later my brakes were screeching loud enough to be embarassing. I made an appointment at the service center at 8am because I had to be at work BEFORE 9am and I made this clear, they said they will give me the shuttle service in this case because of work. When I got there I was told the shuttle was only leaving at 8:45 - 9:00 when I informed them I can't leave that late they spoke very condescendingly to me while saying that's the time they normally leave and asked "did no one tell you?" Well .. of course NOT if so I would not have made an appointment with them. After that she said I was "lucky" to be the only passenger for shuttle service so it was possible to leave earlier... Then I received a call from them not more than an hour later stating they could not take my wheels off because they have wheel locks and do not have the tool to remove them, they said it would be 80$ to BREAK them off.. I didn't feel like I had a choice so I agreed only to have them call me back later and tell me they tried everything they could to remove the tires but could not. Needless to say I was not happy. Then when I went to pick up the vehicle they tried to charge me 75$ ... And when I told them I wasn't going to pay for something that wasn't done they got VERY very RUDE with me, at one point there were 3 of them being rude and condescending and treating me like it was my fault for not knowing I had wheel locks! I have had 4 vehicles in my life so far and this is the first time I had wheel locks, which my dealer never told me about. On top of which this means the safety wasn't done on it because if it had they would have told me they couldn't take the wheels off!! I didn't pay their ridiculous bill and they then threatened to phone the police on me for it. They have NOT heard the last of me! My brakes shouldn't have gone after barely using the car! They have no clue what customer service means.. extreme rude people so rude I have never seen anything like it, I am still in shock over it.

I had a appointment today for 10:30 for a recall on my new vehicle. I stood there for 10 minutes (yes I counted) and even though there were three ladies there not one person acknowledged me. They seem to busy and unorganized. I finally went up to a lady said I had a 10:30 appointment that I was ignored and to cancel my appointment. Her response "fine". NEVER AGAIN WILL I STEP FOOT IN HERE, THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE WALKED OUT BECAUSE THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT HAS IGNORED ME.

Caution to consumers..... We Just had transmission replaced in 2016 Rogue, work was done by our mechanic who is quite reputable. Our bill confirms that the transfer case oil was also changed. We had to bring vehicle into Nissan to have it computer flash/updated. We just received a call from thier service dept advising that the transfercase oil needed to be changed as it is black and has water in it. I called bull$it and advised that it literally has less than 50km on fresh oil. The lady told me that often the old oil is put back in, that that is what they do, but she would talk to the tech and would call me back. I called our garage and he laughed at the attempt. She called me back saying the tech gave wrong information based on another vehicle. This is a classical and disturbing scam. Make sure you inform yourselves before falling for this tactic. Lost my business for life

I haven't had 1 satisfying experience at the service department since I moved here. Not only does it take 4 hours to do an oil change and half a day to change the tires, but last appointment was the worse. I was supposed to have the inside of my car shampooed.. I get there and they tell me (with somewhat if an attitude) that they can't shampoo the car because the one who does it is hurt himself a week and a half ago... Ooookkk. You didn't feel like calling me to let me know that on one your daily reminders that you annoyingly send me by email? No rescheduling dates were offered.. Then the shuttle service... I asked to be picked up for 3... He shows up at 3:50 and tells me to breathe when he sees my obvious discontentment. I wasn't asked to be picked up at 3 to be a princess... I was asking because I have to go pick up my son at daycare... Then the last issue is that they took my car for a ride, changed all my settings, (seat height, radio station, seat adjustments,and auto lights settings) and left it like that. Probably for inspection purpouses but at least try to put them back!? My old Nissan dealership was the best at treated it's customers with care. Dormani??? No thank you...

I just bought a beautiful 2021 Nissan Rogue and I love it!! The team at Dormani Nissan is amazing! From the moment I walked in I felt at home and was treated like I was a VIP customer by my salesman to the F&I administration to the Orientation Specialist and even the other staff. The experience was completely fun!! The ambiance there is like family and I will never forget this purchase as it has been the most pleasant buy of my life. Thank you Daniel, Martin and Max for taking such great care of me.
