★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst dealer I have been ever visited in my life. I visited their showroom a couple of days ago for buying a used car, I was looking at the price tag, details attached on the car, one sales person came and he offered me his assistance and he showed me few cars from their inventory list and we go together to see the car, the cars were not properly maintained and it had cracks on the bumber , doors and all, overall no one will buy it if you see its conditions, he asked me to buy Hyundai cars, I had one Hyundai before and that gave me a hard time so I don't want to try again, he was still insisting me to buy Hyundai then I said the car I need is not here, he was not allowing me to go, all of a sudden he changed his character he started talking insulting words and he brought his manager to discuss with me, I said within my budget and my expectations I didn't find any car here I will keep an eye on your website and also I can share my contact details if you guys have any new arrivals call me, then the manager asked about how's the experience with sales person I said he is good he dealt with me very politely even not, I don't wanna say he's not dealing decently because I don't want to spoil his career, once I completed the conversation with the manager he ran into the cabin and started speaking, he used some abusive insulting words then I left the place without hearing anyone. I became upset and he spoiled my whole day mood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Often when we are about to buy a car, we expect certain pressures from the seller, but with the master coteux I had no feelings in any way. He is a true advisor, a good listener, very polite and professional. I wish him a good continuation and I highly recommend him. Very satisfied with my Hyundai Gabriel Anjou experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend doesn’t want me to leave a review but I will still. All I can say is that their communication with their costumer is HORRIBLE. Comme ON DEVAIS A CHAQUE FOIS LES APPELER POUR AVOIR UN SUIVIS SUR LA VOITURE. They never tell us what going on , & when we call 9/10 of the times they barely answer , anyway what’s done is done , he’s kinda stuck with them, but I hope they’ll change that.

Im extremely satisfied with wath was explained and detailed about my new acquisition. No details were left out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ High quality service from start to finish. I leased a 2022 Hyundai Kona, and I am in love with this compact SUV!! The team is so friendly and welcoming, Gregory Pierre our salesman was very knowledgeable and got us the best deal possible. The financing with Christian was flawless and efficient, and I really appreciated the Director meeting with me at the very end to congratulate me. They really took the time to show me everything about the car and its functionalities before I left, I never once felt rushed. I understand now why Hyundai is one of the best dealerships in Canada, they have just won me over as a long term client, and will definitely be going back to them to get my next car at the end of my lease. Merci à l'équipe!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to make an apointment to see a used car they had for sale and spoke to Ronald. I specifically asked if the car had been in an accident and was assured that it had a clean Carfax. I further asked about any visible signs of an accident that maybe hadn't been declared. I was assured that everything was in good order. When I got there it was obvious that the car had been in an accident. THere were visible dents in the bumper, cracks in the front grill and the hood was off-centered. We weren't even able to close it properly after opening it.
I asked Ron about the damage and he made a poor excuse about not seeing it. He is either not very attentive, or was purposefully deceitful to get me in the door. Either way, they've lost my trust.
What a waste of time.

They recalled an item which opens the car rear trunk and it changed the way my car trunk opens. I had to make sure if that was ok. I was charged $35 for that. So weird.
Got a call for survey and I provided my feedback and the lady said you will receive a call from manager and no one called me till date.
Will NEVER visit this service center.
