★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location has a wide selection of items - you can find almost anything here. The staff are quite outgoing and welcoming which is nice to see. I would definitely come back.
Edit: I did have to adjust the star rating as a result of my last visit. I was completing my shop when I heard two staff members openly talking bad about their coworkers, at one point calling them 'stupid'. There is definitely a time and a place to vent about issues with your job and your coworkers but doing this while you are on shift, around customers is certainly not professional and reflects poorly on not only you but the store itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do like the selection and the odds and ends that you wouldn't expect a dollar store to carry or stock. There's quite a few unexpectedly good quality Kitchen ware, even brand name gadgets on a budget. Needless to say I come to get just a few crafty things and end up with 3 large bags full of 'STUFF' on the way out. Staff are friendly enough for this type of place the nice lady at the cashier even double bagged for me so I don't Rio the super thin shopping bag. ? (I do reuse them for garbage etc afterwards)
And of course the usual suspects you would find all over Richmond is here shopping as well, one tried to budge inline after me when there's clearly 6 at least lined up behind.... Just looked at her and all I could get out of my mouth was "Really!?" "Because these people just felt like wasting time standing around in a single file right?"

How your staff didn't notice this is beyond me. Atleast we know mice like KitKat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is constantly bus which is good because it means that their shelves are always stocked with what you need. The store is very clean and organized and they always try to have enough cashiers on staff when it gets busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plenty of stuff to get and it is always great to get them here cheaper than other stores. The staff do not have any uniforms, which makes it confusing for me to know who are staff and who is not since they wear normal clothing - if I have a question to ask a staff member, it takes me longer than other stores to figure out who is a worker and who is not since they blend in with the customers. But once you ask a staff member for help, they are kind and ready to help guide you.
