w	w. e. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After reading other reviews I feel much better...I guess I am not the only one who was treated rudely by staff there. Staff is unfriendly and can't wait for you to get out of the store. One of the unfriendliest stores in Cambie village. Plus its not really a dollar store anymore. $6 planters and $8 flower decor are hardly dollar store prices. My advise is any Dollar tree or Dollarama stores, much better prices and customer service.

Very clean and tidy, packed with an amazing array of items of every type Great selection of craft items, stationary, kitchen wares, hardware and housewares! Well worth a visit anytime you might need something....or not! Located close to the Canada Line and Broadway Bus Line.

Went back to the store half hour later, to ask for refund, and they didn’t want to refund it. I get it is a Dollar store, but I already spent $150, so I didn’t need anything else from the store, specially not the other not working scale. I found it really disrespectful and rude... I would give a zero but there is no option for that unfortunately ... Women that were working there were also rude... Don’t go there to spend your money no matter how small is amount that you want to spend.
S	S A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought up to the till two storage boxes, there was a sign in front of that till that said cashless payment only. I bought and paid over $10 and than asked for a bag as I had a 45min walk home. I was told a bag would be $0.05, I said ok charge my credit card but she said they couldn't charge me that amount on my credit card and pointed to the sign that said cashless payment and said it said bags were 5 cents. I told her it said cashless payment and could I just please have a bag. She told me again it as 5 cents. I said I didn't have any cash and needed a bag. Than she found a used tiny cellophane bag that almost seemed like a joke as to it fitting the storage boxes into. I said it wouldn't fit and she said it would. It was like I was in an SNL skit of a I have no power in any other aspect of my life so I am going to use it by being a stickler at the dollar store over charging a customer 5 cents. I asked for a refund and than they would only give me cash which I pointed out they said they only took cashless payment and preferred it to go back onto my credit card. They refused and gave me cash. They lost a $10 sale and my business ever again over a 5 cent bag that I said I would pay for but all I had was a credit card. Unbelievable.
O	Oliver L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ((Secret gem)). Fav dollar store for the content, ignoring the service. They take no bs, and clearly are overworked/ pressured to enforce rules they may or may not even agree with. In my experience they'll warm up to you once you've been in a bit (by that I mean, that after a few years of going in 4-6 times a year, they seem to recognize me, I get an occasional nicety, and they no longer follow me around/ assume I'm a shoplifter - based on appearance stereotypes; for context tho, most stores do this to me at first). Everything stays organized, they have generally the same prices on the stuff that they have in common with the really cheap dollar stores, plus a good selection of the cheap versions of bigger things that wouldn't be at an actual $1.25 store. So many items I haven't seen anywhere else. I go for the storage and organization items, kitchen utensils, and especially for the art and crafting supplies (that are still cheaper than an arts and crafts store but better quality and slightly more $ than the $1.25 stores fyi). I also love to browse the fun seasonal stuff and gadgety aisles. Be sure to get to know the back half of the store, that's where the crafts are.

E	E T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I shop here often and will go out of my way to come to this dollar store. Their selection is awesome and there are so many smart little gadgets or items for your home that makes life that much easier! They stock cool things that other dollar stores often don’t stock.
