★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love dollar tree they have literally everything I have been looking for and it’s great place to buy things compared to others in the city it’s affordable and everything Is under 2$ which is great when you are on a budget. They are getting a lot of new great stock in and offer way better prices it’s my first choice to always come here first for any craft or home needs. The store is usually busy but the staff are very nice and the quality of products are actually decent for the price point. I’m so glad we have a dollar tree this large!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live nearby so I frequently go to the Dollar Tree. Dollarama is getting increasingly more expensive and I can get similar household and party goods (e.g. gift bags) for considerably cheaper here. The selection of items is extensive. I agree with others that some areas of the store are cluttered, but I am on a tight budget and getting a deal so some piles of boxes are really not an issue. The lineups at checkout can be long but the cashiers are fast and friendly (particularly the woman with the purple hair).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone is super nice and the store is great, but it always surprises me that there are only two (or one) cashiers on at a time given the volume of goods people buy. There are four cash registers. The lines are astronomical.
I still give five stars lol. But how about hiring a few more people?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabulous buys for only$1.50! Stationary, wedding and party supplies, food, bath products, kitchen and art supplies all for a small price! An adventure every time! Good customer service, fast checkout. Clientele seems auspicious yet a little under water! Dollar Tree carries brands like Oasis Juice. They recently raised their prices by .25 per unit and people still crowd at the store so good job! I could never believe how low the prices were there. I am on assistance and do appreciate it as a fixed income needs fixed prices to get by!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store has some great products to offer... if you can find them and have the patience for the check out. The ping pong balls here are fake, apparently that's a thing, terrible purchase. The store is a chaotic mess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the few Dollar Trees in Calgary. Of all, this is the one we always find ourselves visiting. Part of the reason is due to the location. We like going to the Homesense within the plaza. As a result, we always drop by Dollar Tree while in the area.
This Dollar Tree has the cheapest helium price in town so go here if you need some Birthday balloons.
We also find some Dollarama stock for cheaper here since all items are $1.25 or cheaper. We mainly get books for our children as it is inexpensive and they enjoy most books.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even when the Pacific Place (NE) location was still around, this store was my go-to location because it is in a better area, is less ghetto and no creeps/weirdos hanging around outside.
I'm not sure if there was a change in management because over the years, I've been noticing less choices in inventory and the store does seem to be messy, particularly in the books area and especially the cosmetics area! Either I am finding that 1 odd thing by itself, or 5 different packaging labels of the same brand/size/color of item because of redesign by the manufacturer and old shipments hanging around...
I think they NEED to do a refresh at some point, just to make the store look more presentable.
