I have had nothing but problem after problem with this company from dealing with staff to finance department all the way to their dentists. The lady at the front desk swore at me on the phone, how professional! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Year & half a ago I got Invisalign , during the process everyone was easy to deal with if there any trouble. Dr. Natasha and AJ was amazing to deal with as well. Thank you for the great result and now I can smile more. Highly recommend docbraces, such a great place to go, experience and service.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE!! Completely unprofessional and overrun and unorganized. I went for my consultation August 28, 2020. I got my braces the same day and financed the total bill of $6300. I was quoted 2-2.5 years with the metal braces I had put on. I decided to leave Docbraces in April 2021 and thank god I did! In the 8 months that I was a patient at Docbraces I was only seen TWICE (my first initial appointment & 1 wire change appointment). They’re so inundated with patients and overrun that they’re booking 2.5-3 months out (I had springs on my braces that weren’t even engaged because I went so long between appointments). Because of my frustration with their horrendous booking schedule and not even being able to get ahold of the clinic unless I pressed 1 for the new patient line I wanted to sit down with the in-clinic manager and I also sat down with the accounting/financing manager (who referred to herself as the β€œmiddle man” and basically rendered herself as useless and wouldn’t let me speak to her regional manager). During this sit down/meeting the in-clinic manager called me a child for NSF’ing a payment (I was laid off due to Covid), belittled me, made me cry and acted completely and utterly unprofessional and offered up nothing but excuses; stating that Covid was entirely responsible for their scheduling issues and also having to let go of employees (said employees actually left the practice because of how horrible its become). And what’s weird is that every clinic has to follow the same Covid procedures and my new clinic has now seen me 3 times in the 3 months I’ve been their patient... Crazy how that works but alright… Because I switched clinics, Docbraces hit me with an outrageous bill of $2700 as a patient transfer out fee (for two visits). Employees at my new clinic have been flabbergasted by the outrageous amount Docbraces charged me to transfer clinics, as well as how unprofessionally the staff at Docbraces treated me throughout the whole process. Stay FAR away from Docbraces unless you feel like having appliances in your mouth that are doing absolutely nothing for 8 months or if you feel like being treated like a number instead of a patient, or if you feel like being belittled by the staff at the clinic when you have issues with their horrible scheduling and lack of orthodontic treatment. I think it speaks volumes of a clinic when not only can they not take accountability, but they can’t even hold onto their employees, let alone their patients! **edited to add: They also β€œlost” my $200 cash (4 $50 bills) down payment that was given to the woman who set up my payments who conveniently no longer is employed with Docbraces. My down payment was $172 [and some change]. I forgot my wallet that morning and only had cash on me so I said I’d pay cash and the woman said it would be fine however she didn’t have a cash float to give me the difference back so I told her to just apply the full $200 to my financed bill. Apparently I was to blame for them losing my down payment as well and they did nothing to even attempt to look into it.

Rude, disrespectful, no compassion since becoming Doc Braces. Did not respond to a serious concern when patient was injured by their braces and became seriously infected. When trying to get in for an appointment we were treated extremely rudely by the receptionist,. Even after telling her about the infection we had to wait weeks for an appointment. My child went from being happy after visits to crying. When concerns were brought forward they were immediately disregarded. When asked if we could speak to the new doctor we were repeatedly told she was unavailable. Even when we saw her in the building previously during our appointment. Not happy with how our experience turned out. Will never recommended this business.

I am currently getting orthodontic treatment at docbraces with Dr. Natasha, and as an adult getting treatment I have felt so comfortable. They have been extremely accommodating with my wedding and the team definitely makes you feel welcome and comfortable. I can already see progress with my treatment and I feel more confident already! Can't wait to see the end result and have confidence in my smile! Highly recommend docbraces and Dr. Natasha for any sort of ortho treatment!!

Friendly staff, always have the best interest. Only issue I have is sometimes it takes awhile to get in but I think they never really got caught up since covid. However, have 3 clinic options really helps ith flexibility
