He invests the time it takes with no aspect of the fitting process left out. Making sure his clients leave with ski boots that are comfortable and meet their specific needs.

I went in to buy boots and the person helping me was multitasking....helping other customers at the same time. As I result I did not get the advice and guidance that I should have received.

Just called to buy a tire tube, not able to sell me one in order to 'keep parts available for the service department' I understand we have Covid and supply shortages, but it seems very challenging to do business with Dinardos.

My old boots had a custom fitted footbed (another shop), heated process, etc. but my feet had changed enough over the past years with bunions etc.it became too painful. I decided one more attempt, went to Dinardo's and Frank custom fit me with a new pair of Tecnicas. He used special vices, clamps etc. and "punched out" the related hot spots, along with a custom heat-fitted footbed. I've now been skiing for a full year, fantastic fit! No Pain. Don't give up, go see Frank!

They custom fitted me with my most excellent boots last year, and I had the best ski season ever because my feet were warm and cozy. They are 100% professional and super knowledgeable, they will take care of anything you need. I feel so confident walking out of there (with boots and skis) knowing they have analyzed and measured everything down to the mm and have given me the best options based on my experience. My whole family goes here (me, husband and two kids) because they are hands down the best. If you want an enjoyable, comfortable, warm ski experience go to these guys. You won't be disappointed! ?

Frank and the team were great through the whole process, They took the time to make sure the boot fit my feet and fit my experience as a skier. I loved how they walked me through everything they were doing, it really helped me get the most out of the boot fitting and learn from the experience.

I asked Frank if I should do anything special and he said. "do your helmet up, these skis are fast" Just an amazing experience and I will definitely be back every season for a tune up. And I am glad I took your advice Frank. Those skis were really fast!
