★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C'est la deuxième fois que j'utilise ce service depuis un mois. J'ai bien aimé le professionnalisme de Yannick, il a fait le suivi par téléphone suite à une erreure d'adresse de ma part pour retrouver mon colis. J'ai trouvé les livreurs courtois et bien intentionnés pour aider.
This is the second time that I have used this service in a month. I really liked Yannick's professionalism, he followed up by phone following an address error on my part to find my package. I found the courtyards courteous and well-meaning to help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Livreur pas de masque qui klaxonne après nous pour nous garocher le colis par sa fenêtre d'auto. Ouf. Après il dit que dans sa tête, c'est normal de faire ça. Ne faites pas affaire avec eux.
Delivery man no mask who honks after us to pick up the package for us through his car window. Phew. Then he says that in his head, it's normal to do that. Don't do business with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dhl en général, des voleurs et des escrocs . Sur facturation des frais de douanes avec leur pseudo service de dédouanement . Quand vous payez aussi cher de douanes que ce que vaut l’objet a livré . Bref je ne commande plus sur les sites qui propose uniquement une livraison par cette immonde entreprise . Même une étoile c’est trop pour eux .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My delivery was needlessly complicated, they never even attempted to deliver to my door, kept sending me ultimatums so that I would go to their offices and grab my things since they would not come to me. The only thing that saved this review from getting a 1 is that when I called, the lady was extra nice and understanding. Her super service and her joyful attitude was the only reedeeming quality to my delivery experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if I could put 0 stars I would. Tried to reach someone at accounts receivable to question an unknown transaction on my credit card. No one . Accounts receivable closed. Only can be contacted by email to which no one responds.
Sent an email to managment, no response. Unacceptable. Period.
