★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not this location just the whole process. I owe duties, tried to pay using 3 different cards none work tried paying directly from bank account and that didn’t even work. No way to contact besides calling. Why should I have to track you guys down so you can take my money. Get your act together. It’s 2020 accepting a payment over the Internet is child’s play.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've order an item from Amazon that shipped through DHL (TIME CRITICAL, i needed it yesterday, TODAY AT MOST)
-Got a Text message saying delivery should be done yesteday(Ok, i wait for a call or SMS.... nothing)..
-Hours later i get an automated SMS + Email saying the driver couldn't get to me...
- OK whatever, that happens, so i call DHL customer service to MAKE SURE They CALL ME BEFORE ATTEMPTING DELIVERY, nice Lady says O she put in notes to CALL ME as my BUZZER Doens't work (i put it in the notes upon Amazon delivery as well)
- Today , Same thing... Nobody calls / SMS me , i just get a Text message saying Driver couldn't deliver..
- i just got off the phone with Customer "Service" again, she seemed incompetent and made me repeat my info several times, i ended up requesting i go pick up at a dealer point tomorrow as the agents and drivers are more than incompetent.
- i will call Amazon and give them feedback / complaint against DHL.
Very frustrated and unimpressed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Said they would deliver at 12:21 stayed until 1:21 and waited for delivery I had somewhere to be but there was other people home, later I get a message saying it was failed to be delivered. Tried to call dhl and could not get past the automated system and when I try to check status online nothing has changed hands down the worst shipping company and most aggravating experience I’ve had, wish I could put 0 stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DHL hands of items to other companies like LOOMIS and does not stand behind its "product". when contacted DHL does nothing to compensate or do anything to accommodate its customers. when I pressed I was lied to and told nothing could be done. your on DHL schedule and if you want your package you better be ready to make it work for them not the other way around. I have not yet had one positive interaction with the company and plan to boycott not only DHL but all sellers using them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I literally don’t see how this company is still running? I have scheduled my delivery, I wait for my package on said delivery date that I rescheduled and nobody showed up! I have confirmation that my delivery was date was changed however when I talk to the bot agent it’s telling me that it’s still for the original date. However everything else says otherwise. Still waiting for my package btw.
If this is gonna be the shipping company I gotta go through to order my things I won’t be ordering things anymore
