They DONT rush you like the Scarborough Town Centre (STC) location, they take time to answer your questions and explain you the shipping options with prices and provide great customer and after shipping service too. Parking is free and very convenient with location being steps away from car parking, unlike the Scarborough Town Centre location where you have to go in mall.

Packed my expensive package with extra precaution and safety measures to ensure risk of damage is minimized as much as possible. Would definitely recommend to use their service!

Prior to that I already spoke with 3 of their staff over the phone and was assured that there is a discount for people opening a personal account. But the person at Scarborough Town Centre was rude and comes across as unhappy with what he is doing. He said the discount is only on the website but not in their store. Heck, the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing? He seems to be in a rush despite the fact we were the only ones there and no one was waiting. If not for the fact that I have to ship it today, I wouldn’t ship it with this DHL location or perhaps never with DHL at all. Very disgusted! If I can choose no star they don’t deserve the one star above...

Went on Wednesday was told package would arrive on Monday however to our surprise package was delivered on the Friday,. three days before schedule delivery. So would like to give thanks to DHL for the fast delivery. thanks Wei

They offered something to drink, helped me with an international shipment, and even knocked off the price of their own packing supplies when I balked at the cost of sending a small package to Australia. And the package arrived safely, one day early, in time for a special occasion. Highly recommend this place for your shipment needs.
