★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Box is smaller than any others. To send box it will takes more than 9 months in Manila. I experienced it with them for many years. It u seen 5 stars for them that is fake reviews for sure.
Honestly, I don't have time for this review and not my cup of tea but now i did it as a concern netizen only.

Communication is smooth for follow ups. over all my boxes delivered safe and in good condition . Thank you so much forex Toronto for the excellent service. My family is very happy ?

The box was received in good condition, contents also were just like how I packed them, no damages. Thanks Forex for delivering excellent service and bringing joy to our kababayans especially during this pandemic.

Recipient called twice to complain but they denied twice that the NTOC invoice number does not belong to them, Nothing has been replaced as the complaint has been denied, Totally unacceptable and will never trust or send my box to them. Not recommended and 0/ 10 rate when it comes to customers service and trust!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has been our go to Balikbayan box for more than 15 years. Arrived on time in Cebu, Philippines (sometimes earlier). Box is not rip or disform. Your goods are secured. My mom receives it and looks exactly how we send it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just sent 3 boxes the other day (2nd time doing it) and it went smoothly. They saved my information (first pick up/drop off order), so when I told them the recipients, they managed to retrieve the information right away.
$120 regular box to Agusan Del Norte, $80 for the baby box (same province), and $105 for a regular box to Sorsogon.
All I had to do is send a request to pick up the box and print and sign the declaration form. A representative will call you to confirm your order details as well as your total balance, and will ask you to prepare the payment and forms for easier and faster pick up. They speak English/Tagalog too. They will notify you ahead of time when they're (pick up guys) close to your place.
The 1st time I sent some boxes, they got wet because of the rain so Forex had to retape it (my fault as I used the wrong tapes to pack). They notified me about the boxes right away and told me that the boxes were being delivered while we were talking on the phone. Recipients were happy with the service (the guys who delivered the boxes helped them moved the boxes at their houses). Very nice and helpful customer representatives. The movers/the ones who picked up the boxes were very nice too (gave them tip for dealing with the stairs while picking up the 3 boxes). No issues with heavy boxes, just don't overpack them (make sure the top part isn't bulky or doesnt look like it's bulging).
Overall, highly recommended. ?
