We import 3 to 4 skids every 6 to 8 weeks and there has never been one issue with either the pick up or delivery. The material is always picked up and delivered without fail on schedule. I would highly recommend this company.
B	Bill szeto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally unprofessional, we have been dealing with them for a few years. Not to say about local deliveries are not on time and if your business is downtown Toronto. They can't manage your freight because they have no idea of where you are and how to deliver your goods. If you don't tell him which truck you want them to use they will just say it's your fault and you have to pay extra charges or else they will hold your goods as ransom. And never use them as a carrier for your goods coming from outside of Canada because they can't find the phone number pertaining you broker to clear customers paper work. I used UPS and I had to call and find the information for them. Apparently they can't find them and cannot call to find out, I had to find all the information for them as if i was sorting out my own frieght. After that they will tell you that your shipment can't clear customs and have gone into bond. Then tell you that you have to pay a made up amount for Bond fee or else you can't get your goods. If you are looking for goods to deliver late or you want your goods held up as ransom use them they are good at this.

F	Federico Baena on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Service, Professional Service, Always on Time except they don't pay their employees. I worked there for a week as a courier using my cargo van. As a contractor it is my responsibility to take care of my vehicle maintenance and gas. Fair enough. After doing the calculation, I decided not to work there anymore because it may not be worth it considering I am basically punishing my Cargo Van due to high mileage accumulation. Because I only work there for one month, I felt a notice was not required or necessary. I figured it will take about two weeks to process my check so I waited 1 month before I ask for my pay. Their response was that they have no record that I ever work there. They can't find any information that I actually work there. My cost of gas everyday was about $80 daily for a week plus my pay. My total lost would be around $1000. I did not know that here in Canada, such people can scam you like that. I don't know how this people stay in business.
