★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last year I had insurance with jevco through her. I called her in March after corona pandemic stated I called her to put my auto insurance in parking to avoid save money. She sent me an email regarding it and asked 4sides vehicle photos. I signed letter and sent all required documents images. But she forgot to file my documents. After months I asked her why still deduct same premium amount from my account she realized the situation and told me call back later. Then she call back and told me they Dnt have parking insurance?. She tried to make me fool. Noted☝? (But she sent me documents regarding parking insurance at the beginning) she forgot to submit my documents to company. Then after some hard conversations she had to talked with company and reimburse some money not fully. My premium was 800$ after parking 500$. I paid 500$ for parked car at my garage. During conversation Time she told i had to call her and remember to submit my documents to company?. Why do I get benefit from company? That’s your work not mine.
