Walter was on my account and I recommend him highly as a broker of your business/needs, so ask for him if you need insurance. What I needed was very complicated, yet Walter was very patient, responsive and very helpful. You can see that the team cares about their clients and potential clients and take in consideration every concern! Definitely the best insurance broker company, and a great and professional broker!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd been a satisfied customer at Insurance Portfolio since the early 70s- until I was assigned to broker D.D. After a litany of errors, I changed brokers and thought my problems with them were done. Nope. Just purchased a new car, and in the process of registering it, I was told that my insurance records showed a gap of five years starting in 2010. Another error by Insurance Portfolio staff! After a week of waiting for a "Letter of Experience", I was told by the president of the company today that since I wasn't a customer there anymore, they weren't going to help. That's what forty years of paying premiums gets you. Shame!
