Telling me and my partner that they need to perform a credit check for us to place an order for bags, which I told her I'd pay cash for. Rude and unprofessional. Stay away and beware. Go to Taipak, where the customer is king. Idiots.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called this establishment twice to get information and potentially hire for packaging services. The woman who answered asked me if I spoke Mandarin and when I said no, she hung up. After calling the second time to see if it were a mistake someone answered and said they don't work with anyone who isn't the same ethnic background as they are in Canada.
