★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the first cold day of winter my boiler konked our. No heat in a 5000 square foot building. The plumber who installed it said they couldn’t come for a week. Everyone else I called was full. Finally someone suggested I call these guys. They were able to dignose the problem with me over the phone and we had the problem fixed in 10 minutes. They easily could have come here, charged me 300$ or more, and instead they had the integrity just to help me figure it out so i could take care of it myself. Cant recommend these guys highly enough! Thanks to Mike and the whole team there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service extremely reliable these guys are the best! Called at 1 am when my boiler broke down they actually picked up my call. Super honest they gave me the choice to have an emergency service immediately or wait till 7am and save some fees. I was so surprised when the technician rang my door bell at exactly 7am and repaired my boiler, the technician was really nice he explained everything and actually included a cleaning and inspected the full system. I was expecting extra fees so I was shocked when I saw the bill no extra fees exactly what I was quoted. Definitely will continue working with DHI for any future services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using DHI to service my pool heater for many years. For the most recent service call, the technician came right on time. He showed me the part that needed to be replaced and explained what the problem was. At the same time, he also verified the whole unit to make sure every thing else was working properly. It happened to be the same technician who came for my last service call and he was as nice and efficient then as he was today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DHI are the people to consult if you have a gas furnace needing repair. Most plumbers can install, but they lack the diagnostic skills in case of malfunction. They tend to just replace components and see what happens. In contrast, DHI repair people cleaned my furnace, and deftly troubleshot a pilot module problem that saved me hundreds of dollars. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called DHI on New Years Eve in need of immediate service. Spoke with Nick who scheduled an emergency service call later on in that day for our hot water boiler which services 30 apartments. In the mean time, he gave me a few pointers to fix the problem, long behold it was a simple drain clog which I cleared. Not only was the issue resolved right away, we avoided an expensive emegerncy service call on new years eve and most importantly the hot water was back up and running immediately. Thank you Nick for your insight and support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have used DHI in the past and they were very professional and solved the issues at hand. Recently had a conversion of a BBQ to complete and rather than send someone over Nick explained a simple solution which did not incur major expenses or revenues for DHI....FAIR PLAY....WELL DONE.
