★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give no stars, I would. I had an appointment for Wednesday and no one came. I took the day off work and I waited all day and nobody showed up. By 4:30 pm, I called to make sure someone was coming, and they said they would, but still no one came. Unbelievable.
They finally called the next day to say someone is coming in 30 minutes, at which point I was at work and no longer available, obviously. No explanation whatsoever. What's the point of making an appointment?
Terrible business practice and customer service. I wish I had read their reviews before calling them.

He cleaned everything after he was done and answered all my questions regarding the job. I'm very satisfied with their attention and the job.
