P	Patrick D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed at this hotel recently and we were delighted by the service. Todd at check-in and Jared during check-out made the experience seamless! The hotel itself was nice with the room being clean, modern and spacious. The swimming pool is quite spacious as well and it was nice to unwind in the swimming area. Will definitely stay here again.

Rugs looked a little dirty, light fixtures were a bit dusty and the thermostat was on the wall sideways. But other than that it was a very nice room

The underground parking was a big perk in the extreme cold. Negative: The hot tub was not functional when we stayed. This was incredibly disappointing. It was one of the reasons we selected this hotel. The staff was not upfront about the hot tub not working upon check in. It was handled very poorly
J	Jay Jay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our basketball club booked the hotel for a tournament in Saskatoon over this past weekend. The service was amazing. All the staff were pleasant and went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay especially Michael at the front desk. You are awesome.
m	micoraimoon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good clean rooms. Nice views of the river on the east facing rooms. Nice views of the city downtown on the west facing rooms. Underground parking is 3 levels deep. Smaller vehicles will have more spots in the underground than larger vehicles. The staff is friendly and patient. Prices are good considering the times. Feb 2022.

The reception team are accommodating and helpful. They made managing booking changes a breeze, and helped with an emergency wallet drop off to an airport! The kitchen staff are super accommodating. They called me when my meal was ready for pickup, and allowed for an order after the kitchen closed. Plus, the restaurant food is on point ? Highly recommend a meal.

Great service. The hotel restaurant is the only part that was okay. The menu prices didn't match our bill. Service was okay. We had to wait along time to be seated. Staff did not see us at the front. Servers forgot our drinks and order requests. The servers were very apologetic. There was no sense of excellence in the service. We will still come back. Thank you for the stay. Saskatoon is a beautiful city.
L	Luke Chudleigh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time in recent memory that we’ve stayed in a hotel where Canadians are employed, whom speak English and are there to great you at the front desk with warm smiles. It was incredible to have friendly, professional staff members who very obviously care about their work - from maintenance to the front desk. We were very impressed. Our only complaint was no sheet/towel service on our second day, and our comforter was a touch dirty on arrival. I feel that this was a rare exception, not the rule, and we won’t hold it against the hotel. We can’t wait for our next stay, and hope that the management upholds the very high bar they have set for their hotel. Well done, and Thankyou.
