★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On avait toujours eu un bon service jusqu'à présent. On a tout repeint les armoires de cuisines en suivant les instructions du conseiller ;
- sabler
- une couche de stix insl-x
- deux couches de advance
- attendre 24 heures entre chaque couche
Résultat décevant ; La peinture écale facilement. Le représentant d'Advance nous a confirmé qu'il fallait laver les armoires au savon pour dégraisser avant de sabler. La peinture va durcir dans les prochaines semaines mais la base ne tient pas.
Il faudrait tout décaper et reprendre le travail.
On a parlé à plusieurs conseillers avant de faire le travail, et jamais le lavage au savon avant de sabler n'a été mentionné, le représentant d'Advance va envoyer un message à tous leurs magasins pour sensibiliser le personnel mais le mal est fait.
Je m'attendais à faire affaire à des professionnels, mais ce n'est pas le cas... même le conseiller qui a constaté le problème n'avait aucune idée de ce qu'était le problème avant que le représentant de Advance nous explique à tous les deux l'étape requise de lavage.
P.S. les armoires étaient lavées régulièrement, aucun gras apparent avant le sablage initial.
We have always had good service so far. The kitchen cabinets were all repainted according to the instructions of the councilor;
- sandblast
- a layer of stix insl-x
- two layers of advance
- wait 24 hours between each layer
Disappointing result; The paint is easy to peel. The Advance representative confirmed to us that we had to wash the cabinets with soap to degrease before sanding. The paint will harden in the coming weeks but the base does not hold.
We would have to strip everything and go back to work.
We spoke to several advisors before doing the work, and never the washing with soap before sanding was mentioned, the representative of Advance will send a message to all their stores to raise awareness but the damage is done.
I was expecting to do business with professionals, but this is not the case ... even the advisor who saw the problem had no idea what the problem was before the Advance representative explained both the required washing step.
P.S. the cabinets were washed regularly, no apparent grease before the initial sanding.

1ere viste : Super service et test de coloration sur bois témoins. Malheureusement, il semble que la teinture n'a pas été mélangée adéquatement car mêmes résultats pour deux couleurs différentes.
2e visite : Après 15 minutes d'attente en file et 2 clients seulement derrière moi, on me dit qu'il y a trop de monde pour faire un deuxième test.
À 150$ le gallon de Cutek Extreme je m'attends à un minimum de service.
Simplement décevant!
Project: Dyeing a patio (July 2020)
1st visit: Super service and color test on control woods. Unfortunately, it seems that the dye was not mixed properly because the same results for two different colors.
2nd visit: After 15 minutes of waiting in line and only 2 customers behind me, I am told that there are too many people to do a second test.
At $ 150 a gallon of Cutek Extreme I expect minimal service.
Simply disappointing!

Very ordinary service, me and my girlfriend felt more like disturbing than anything else. "Garrochés" advice, half-answered questions, we are going to buy our painting elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De loin l’expérience client la plus désagréable que j’ai vécu depuis longtemps!!!! 30 minutes d’attente en ligne pour me faire dire que j’étais en ligne au mauvais comptoir ensuite un autre 30 minutes sans être servi. Le personnel de plancher ne semble aucunement pressé de répondre à la file un employé passe un gros 15 minutes à rire avec une connaissance plutôt que de servir les gens en file dans un tout petit magasin chargé de monde où il fait chaud. La personne devant moi a attendu 45 minutes pour se faire brasser un gallon et une pinte. Franchement désagréable comme endroit très peu de soucis pour leur service à la clientèle ça en est insultant !!!!
By far the most unpleasant customer experience I have had in a long time!!!! 30 minutes of waiting in line to be told I was in line at the wrong counter then another 30 minutes without being served. The floor staff seem in no rush to answer the line. An employee spends a good 15 minutes laughing with an acquaintance rather than serving people in a line in a very small store full of people and it's hot. The person in front of me waited 45 minutes to get a gallon and a pint brew. Frankly unpleasant as a place very little concern for their customer service it is insulting!!!!
