A	Annie Rivard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai pris rendez-vous la journée même avec Bonjour-Santé pour mon fils d'un an. J'ai été EXTRÊMEMENT déçue. Service horrible. Je n'y retournerais jamais et je ne recommande pas du tout. Premièrement, l'infirmière est bête comme tout, elle se plaint que c'est une "sacrée journée" devant nous. Manque de professionnalisme. Le médecin (Christian Hobden) est super prétentieux et vraiment borné. Il s'obstinait avec moi par rapport au diagnostic que j'avais eu d'un autre médecin il y a deux semaines. Je lui ai même fait la remarque qu'ils avaient l'air vraiment pressé dans cette clinique, et il m'a dit que non, c'était faux, qu'il nous avait beaucoup consacré de temps. 7 minutes top chrono, avouons que c'est énorme ! Je suis littéralement allée là pour rien, j'ai perdu mon temps. En plus, si vous avez de jeunes enfants sachez qu'il n'y a pas de table à langer dans la salle de bain (ce n'est pas dramatique, mais vraiment pas pratique du tout). Et personne n'a non plus jugé bon de mettre une poubelle dans la salle d'attente/bureau de la réception. I made an appointment the same day with Bonjour-Santé for my son of one year. I was EXTREMELY disappointed. Horrible service. I would never go back and do not recommend it at all. First, the nurse is stupid as anything, she complains it's a "hell of a day" in front of us. Lack of professionalism. The doctor (Christian Hobden) is super pretentious and really limited. He persisted with me in the diagnosis I had of another doctor two weeks ago. I even remarked to him that they were really in a hurry at this clinic, and he told me no, it was wrong, he spent a lot of time with us. 7 minutes top chrono, let's say it's huge! I literally went there for nothing, I lost my time. In addition, if you have young children know that there is no changing table in the bathroom (it is not dramatic, but really not practical at all). And no one has seen fit to put a trash can in the waiting room / office of the reception.

Il a même répondu à son cellulaire durant la consultation. Il a écouter les poumons, oreilles et gorge de ma fille et ma renvoyer en disant qu’elle avais un rhume. 3 jours plus tard elle fait toujours de la fièvre, je prend rendez-vous avec un autre Dr et ma fille avais une otite. PLUS JAMAIS je vais y retourner et je le conseil à PERSONNE. Very cold welcome, no smile, no visual contact. The Dr was barely listening and my not asking for the synonyms that my 17 month old baby had. He even answered his cell phone during the consultation. He listened to my daughter's lungs, ears and throat and fired me saying she had a cold. 3 days later she still has a fever, I make an appointment with another Dr and my daughter had an ear infection. I will NEVER go back and recommend it to NOBODY.

Le docteur me coupe la parole, je ne suis pas assez précise pour le 1 minute que l'on possède pour gérer les trois conditions qui me durent depuis 5 ans (sinusite chronique, oedème au genou et problèmes aux pieds). Il ne veut régler qu'un seul problème alors que j'en ai trois car il me dit que c'est compliqué acheminer des références. Le tout accompagné d'aucune courtoisie (bonjour, aurevoir, même pas un regard qui s'est croisé de tout le rendez-vous). C'est dommage que les conditions de travail de ce domaine soient déplorables mais c'est vraiment la seule clinique où j'ai eu un service aussi médiocre. Cold and terrible service. The nurse looks lost, tells me that she is going on vacation at 12:30 pm and we can feel it already. The doctor cuts me off, I am not precise enough for the 1 minute we have to manage the three conditions that have lasted me for 5 years (chronic sinusitis, knee edema and foot problems). He only wants to solve one problem when I have three because he tells me that it is complicated to send referrals. All accompanied by no courtesy (hello, goodbye, not even a glance that crossed the whole meeting). It's a shame that the working conditions in this area are deplorable, but it is really the only clinic where I have had such poor service.

Par contre le médecin Christian Hobden est froid et ne cherche pas à régler le problème. Quand il a appris que ma fille de 8 mois n’avait pas encore de dents il m’a toute de suite affirmé que c’était ça le problème sans même examiner sa bouche. Je viens de voir sa pédiatre pour un suivi, n’ayant toujours pas de dents à 9 mois elle a vérifié et ce n’est pas du tout ça qui à travailler puisque ses gencives non même pas dédoubler! Bref, tout ça pour dire qu’il fait des conclusions hâtives afin de passer rapidement à autre chose, et donne des instructions vagues sans trop répondre à nos inquiétudes en tant que parents. I came for my 8 month old daughter with good health. Good reception and super nice nurse. On the other hand the doctor Christian Hobden is cold and does not try to solve the problem. When he learned that my 8-month-old daughter did not have teeth yet, he immediately told me that was the problem without even looking at her mouth. I just saw her pediatrician for follow-up, still having no teeth at 9 months she checked and it is not at all that to work since his gums not even split! In short, all that to say that he makes hasty conclusions in order to move quickly to something else, and gives vague instructions without responding too much to our concerns as parents.

Il n'est aucunement à l'écoute des besoins de ses patients. Après 5 minutes de discussion sa solution: me faire hospitaliser en psychiatrie. Dr Christian Hobden. Awful consultation. NEVER go see him and never make an appointment with him. He is patronizing, arrogant and lacking in empathy. He is in no way attentive to the needs of his patients. After 5 minutes of discussion his solution: to be hospitalized in psychiatry.
