Impossible à rejoindre! Ce n'est pas m'a première expérience avec ce bureau. Cette semaine, cela fait 4 jours consécutifs que je tente d'avoir la ligne qui est TOUJOURS occupée! Le bureau est fermé pendant l'heure du dîner et c'est un message qui nous demande de rappeler plus tard ... pour ensuite se buter encore sur une ligne occupée!! Pas de boîte vocale, rien! De plus, pas d'adresse courriel où l'on pourrait envoyer un message ou notre requête. Très mal organisé!
Unable to join! This is not my first experience with this office. This week, I've been trying to get the line ALWAYS busy for 4 consecutive days! The office is closed during lunch hour and it's a message that asks us to call back later ... only to be stumped again on a busy line!! No voicemail, nothing! In addition, no email address where we could send a message or our request. Very poorly organized!

Les médecins sont courtois et aimables. Rien à dire sur cela. Par contre, attendez-vous toujours à attendre au moins 1heure et plus pour assister à votre rendez-vous. Je vais a cette clinique depuis que je suis jeune et malgré que je me présente a l’heure, c’est impossible de passer à l’heure du rdv. Même si c’est en avant-midi. Ça serait vraiment bien si la clinique revoyait sa façon de prendre les rdv afin que les heures concordent reellement à l’heure de rdv.
The doctors are courteous and friendly. Nothing to say about that. On the other hand, always expect to wait at least 1 hour and more to attend your appointment. I have been going to this clinic since I was young and although I show up on time, it is impossible to make it to the appointment time. Even if it's in the morning. It would be really good if the clinic reviewed the way it takes appointments so that the hours really match the appointment time.

Mon médecin est très humain et soucieux du bien-être de la clientèle. Par contre, c'est un véritable défi d'essayer de joindre le secrétariat, la ligne est toujours occupée et il y a un seul numéro. Le système téléphonique est à revoir complètement. On passe un temps fou juste à essayer de parler à quelqu'un. De plus, la pause repas des secrétaires semble interminable...j'ai appelé aujourd'hui à 11h40, il y a le message disant que les secrétaires sont en pause repas et qu'il faut appeler dans 30 min. Il est 13h45 et le message est toujours là lorsque je rappelle...ne vaut-il pas mieux dire de quelle heure à heure exactement les secrétaires sont en pause? elle est où la communication?
My doctor is very human and concerned about the well-being of the clientele. On the other hand, it is a real challenge to try to reach the secretariat, the line is always busy and there is only one number. The telephone system needs to be completely overhauled. We spend a lot of time just trying to talk to someone. In addition, the secretaries' lunch break seems endless...I called today at 11:40 am, there is the message saying that the secretaries are on lunch break and that you have to call in 30 minutes. It's 1:45 p.m. and the message is still there when I call back...isn't it better to say from what time to exactly time the secretaries are on break? where is the communication?

Sadly I had to review my comment because of the phone system with this clinic as I have NO problem with clinic Doctors but the problem is with the phone system as it is the worst I HAVE EVER SEEN and I have no idea why have to listen all these messages and even by the end and chose a number it doesn't work plus NO English option with the phone options .

I HIGHLY SUGGEST THAT ONE CALLS THE CLINIC BACK TO RECONFIRM THERE APPOINTMENT. THE SECRETARY KEEPS APPOINTING THE WRONG DATE. I HAVE PRESENTED MYSELF TWICE IN THE LAST 2 WEEKS TO FIND OUT THE APPOINTMENT GIVEN WAS NOT THE CORRECT DATE! HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD THIS EXPERIENCE I WONDER!

If you have an appointment at x hours... Think about the fact you will stay until + 1h30 more... Almost every time!!! The doctors are great... But what happen with the big delay every time?!? I had three time to call to tell my job I will be late.

Horrible service. Have been on a waiting listing for over 2 years for a family doctor, finally get a call from this clinic offering me a family doctor. Could of only provided me an mid afternoon appointment on a Monday. Came into work monday had a very important meeting. Called the clinic right away to cancel the appointment for my first general meeting with the doctor and the secretary VERY rude threatens that i wont be able to have a family doctor at their clinic because i didnt call 24 hours i advance.. i advise we dnt work on sundays and the urgent meeting at work came to our attention same day!! Super rude and really dissapointed. Was super happy to have finally recieved a call for a family doctor, was really not expecting to be treated this way.
