★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally hospital, clinics and other health centers are long waits, depressing vibes, and just overall non joyful at all, but this clinic is all but the opposite, its very friendly personnel, the care and general ambiance just make your time much more pleasing and let you get out those doors with satisfaction and a smile on your face! Thanks again!! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service! Dr Capilnean was so patient and she really took the time to make sure everything was ok with my little daughter! The clinic is super clean and the staff very gently! The nurses were so sweet with my little one!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So disorganized. I had a phone appt 2 days ago. Didn't get a call from them at all. Got 2 missed calls today and called back. They're telling me my appt changed but never told me and turned the tables on me & blamed me for missing my call 2 days ago. I have zero missed calls 2 days ago and was beside my phone for over an hour before and after the appt so it's impossible that I missed their call. Couldn't renew an ongoing prescription even if my pharmacy faxed them 3 times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found a same day appointment with Dr Frantz Pierre via Tap medical - the receptionists were super busy but still managed to be clear efficient and friendly in giving instructions and support in paperwork. Dr Pierre was attentive and communicative in giving medical consultation. It was a really nice visit at a very reasonable price for esp considering that I’m out of province.
