★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je demande un RDV d urgence on me demande de rappeler le lendemain à 10 h pour ensuite me demander de rappeler encore le lendemain...j ai insisté alors me laisse en attente pour me dire ensuite : oh le plus proche que j'ai fin septembre.
Vraiment nul de répondre "NON on ne vous donne pas de RDV" mais en Allant par 36 000 chemins....les patients non plus n'ont pas de temps surtout quand ils sont souffrant madame. Et enfin Avant de raccrocher ne m a même pas demander ni mon nom ni mon numéro de téléphone pourtant je n ai pas de dossier chez eux!!!!c dire que j étais éliminé à la porte numéro 1!!!!
 I ask for an emergency appointment I am asked to call back the next day at 10 a.m. and then ask me to call again the next day ... I insisted so leave me on hold to then tell me: oh the nearest that I have end September.
Really no one to answer "NO we do not give you an appointment" but by going by 36,000 paths .... the patients do not have time either, especially when they are ill madam. And finally Before hanging up do not even ask me for my name or my phone number yet I have no file with them !!!! c say that I was eliminated at door number 1 !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CE QU'ON NOUS DIT PAS !!!!!! Je consulte au mois août-septembre 2021. Au téléphone on m'avait dit 280$ au total mais en fait la facture s'élève a 400 et +. La secrétaire avait juger bon que je prends un abonnement annuel(forfait) avec Infirmière (Ariane) parce que c'était moins cher. Ce qu'on m'a pas dit, l'année se termine en décembre 2021 et NON pas à partir du moment ou tu prends le plan annuel. ********Jamais j'aurais pris un abonnement forfaitaire si je consulte un docteur(infirmière) une fois par année. Donc en résumé, ils veulent faire de l'argent avec toi!!! En plus j'étais étudiante donc j'ai besoin de mon argent pour me nourrir, me loger....PAS POUR LANCER PAR LES FENÊTRES!!!!
Belle consultation avec le spécialiste mais ils veulent quand même nous offrir à faire d'autres tests qu'on a pas demandés. Je me demande parfois si ce n'est pas pour augmenter la facture.
J’espère juste que ce sont pour les bonnes raisons...

*J'ai appelé pour avoir mon remboursement et on me dit maintenant 200$ ouverture de dossier et 180$ consultation. Vous savez quoi....Gardez l'argent!!!!!!!

WHAT WE ARE NOT TOLD!!!!!! I consult in the month of August-September 2021. On the phone I was told $280 in total but in fact the bill amounts to 400 and +. The secretary had seen fit that I take an annual subscription (package) with Nurse (Ariane) because it was cheaper. What I was not told, the year ends in December 2021 and NOT from the moment you take the annual plan. ******** I would never have taken a fixed subscription if I consult a doctor (nurse) once a year. So in summary, they want to make money with you!!! In addition I was a student so I need my money to feed me, house me .... NOT TO THROW OUT THE WINDOWS!!!!
Nice consultation with the specialist but they still want to offer us to do other tests that we didn't ask for. I sometimes wonder if it is not to increase the bill.
I just hope it's for the right reasons...
***I WILL NOT RETURN THERE!!!
*I called to get my refund and I am now told $200 file opening and $180 consultation. You know what....Keep the money!!!!!!!
And yet for the whole I was told $280

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai dû aller au privé, car je suspectais une condition médicale chronique nécessitant des suivis réguliers.
J'ai vu l'infirmière praticienne Ariane. Elle a su poser les bonnes questions afin d'obtenir mon diagnostic. Étant en début de carrière à ce moment-là, elle a dû aller s'informer auprès d'un collègue médecin. Je préfère qu'une personne soit honnête et souhaite s'informer au lieu de dire n'importe quoi.
Ensuite, un autre médecin a fait mon suivi et confirmé mon diagnostic. Ce médecin étant en congé de maternité, je suis suivie par Ariane une fois de plus. Elle prend le temps de m'écouter et de répondre à mes questions.
Le secrétariat est souriant, courtois et accueillant. Ils savent me donner un rendez-vous dans les plus brefs délais.
Je suis satisfaite de leur intervention, car maintenant j'ai les soins nécessaires.
Évidement, c'est dispendieux, mais n'ayant pas de médecin de famille et ayant besoin d'aide, je me suis dit que c'était la meilleure chose à faire. Le système publique ne m'aurait pas aidé.
J'ai décidé de prendre le forfait annuel, car c'était beaucoup plus avantageux.
J'ai déboursé en somme environ 800$ afin d'obtenir mon diagnostic au lieu du 3000$ et plus demandé dans d'autres cliniques spécialisées.
I had to go private because I suspected a chronic medical condition requiring regular follow-ups.
I saw nurse practitioner Ariane. She was able to ask the right questions to get my diagnosis. Being at the start of her career at that time, she had to go and find out from a doctor colleague. I prefer that a person is honest and wishes to be informed instead of saying anything.
Then another doctor followed up and confirmed my diagnosis. This doctor being on maternity leave, I am followed by Ariane once again. She takes the time to listen to me and answer my questions.
The secretariat is smiling, courteous and welcoming. They know how to give me an appointment as soon as possible.
I am satisfied with their intervention, because now I have the necessary care.
Obviously, it's expensive, but not having a family doctor and needing help, I thought it was the best thing to do. The public system would not have helped me.
I decided to take the annual plan, because it was much more advantageous.
In sum, I spent approximately $800 to obtain my diagnosis instead of the $3,000 and more requested in other specialized clinics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After the public healthcare system demonstrated it would do nothing to prioritize a wellness exam for our newborn, it was up to us to find him a family doctor. We are so thankful this clinic was accepting new patients and are very pleased with our first visit. Dr. Lavoie is kind, attentive and made sure to answer all of our questions. We will be back for his second appointment shortly. I know he is in good hands. What a relief as first-time parents.
