Côté service à la clientèle, on repassera, et ce, après deux visites à ce kiosque. Le gérant est d'une arrogance et ne sait certainement pas ce que signifie un bon service à la clientèle et comment s'adresser aux clients.

Ne sert pas les personnes âgées!!! Est trop occupé au téléphone!! Me réponds qu’il ne répare pas les téléphone et ne se lève pas de sa chaise!!! Je lui ai demandé de regarder mon téléphone seulement … j’ai 77 ans ..je suis avec Rogers depuis toujours!!!

Pire service à la clientèle! L'employé ne veut pas travailler et est très arrogant. Il mentionne qu'il n'a plus de téléphone et ne peut pas vérifier les autres Rogers... rendu à St-Bruno, je me fais dire qu'il reste des téléphones en stock à Boucherville et que l'employé peut véifier les autres rogers.... Si vous voulez un bon service, n'allez PAS au Rogers Boucherville. Pire service reçu depuis longtemps!

Pire service. Je me suis présenté pour faire financer des accessoires après avoir reçu un crédit lors d'un rehaussement d'appareil effectué en ligne. Ils m'ont répondu, de la manière la plus condescendante, qu'il ne faisait pas ça. Il n'ont même pas regardé mon dossier. Je vous déconseille fortement de faire affaire avec eux.
Worse service. I presented myself to finance accessories after receiving a credit during a device upgrade done online. They replied, in the most condescending way, that he was not doing that. They didn't even look at my file. I strongly advise against doing business with them.

Aucun service ! L’homme qui travail la bas , n’a pas voulu servir ma grand-mère . Il était au téléphone avec un ami , n’a jamais voulu servir ma grand mère qui demandais seulement de faire une mise à jour. Ma grand-mère n’est pas en forme et elle a marcher tout le centre d’achat pour avoir de l’aide avec son cellulaire. L’homme n’a jamais voulu l’aider . Je vais faire une plainte c’est assurer !
No service! The man who works there didn't want to serve my grandmother. He was on the phone with a friend, never wanted to serve my grandmother who only asked for an update. My grandmother is not in good shape and she walked around the shopping center to get help with her cell phone. The man never wanted to help her. I will make a complaint for sure!

Pire service client! Le gars est ultra arrogant, ne veut pas aider le moindrement et il n’a clairement rien à faire. Je n’en reviens toujours pas. On voulait juste ajouter des options à notre contrat mais maintenant, on changera de fournisseur. J’ai l’impression qu’il joue à “comment remporter la palme du pire service client.” Je ne peux pas croire que quelqu’un peut agir de la sorte et être encore ouvert… malheureusement, le 0 étoile n’existe pas.
Worst customer service! The guy is ultra arrogant, doesn't want to help in the slightest and he clearly has nothing to do. I still can not believe it. We just wanted to add options to our contract but now we will change supplier. I feel like he's playing "how to win the worst customer service award." I can't believe someone can do this and still be open...unfortunately 0 stars don't exist.

Honestly, I hate to even give one star. They are a very shady, extremely dirty company. Beware of anything they tell you. The once were selling "green dot" phones. They were refurbished phones being sold at the same price as a brand new phone. It is a total rip off! As for the customer service, it is horrible but what can you expect from a company that is 110% greedy. They will screw you over so fast and not care at all. They do the same to their employees. The retention rate for employment at "MDI" is horrible. You will hardly ever see the same people working. This is because they (the employees) hate the way the company does their customers. Go to a real Verizon store or ATT. Whatever you choose as long as you leave this place!
