★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expérience surréaliste. Je suis allé dimanche pour payer et faire livrer en magasin une Sony XR65A80J. Commis occupé à une conversation très "casual" au téléphone. Pas un mot, pas d'eye contact. J'ai fait le tour du magasin 2-3 fois, attendu 5-10 minutes voir si il se libérait...
Quand je me suis finalement dirigé vers la caisse le commis a tourné le dos et est allé se planter proche de l'entrée dans le coin des cellulaires en continuant de rigoler dans son téléphone. Dans l'état actuel du magasin je m'attendais à de la vente sous pression et des tentatives d'upsell (non je veux pas de garantie prolongée, merci) mais au final il n'a même pas été capable de closer sur le produit que j'étais expressement venu acheter et auquel j'étais déjà vendu, j'ai juste eu l'impression de le déranger. Fallait-il prendre rendez-vous?
Ma copine l'a flairé immédiatement et était allée m'attendre assise à l'extérieur du magasin avec un fou rire, prète à se moquer de mon idée de sortir de la maison pour aller encourager des magasins "brick & mortar" en temps de pandémie... Au final Bezos offre un service à la clientèle plus compétant et humain, et la livre à ma porte demain. ?
J'hésite entre 1 et 5 étoiles parce que tout compte fait l'expérience a vraiment été mémorable.

When I finally headed to the checkout clerk turned his back and went crashing near the entrance in the corner of the cell by continuing to laugh in his phone. In the current state of the store I expected selling pressure and attempts to upsell (not I want no extended warranty, thank you) but in the end it was not even capable of Closer Product I had come expressly to buy and which I was already sold, I just felt like the bother. Should we make an appointment?
My girlfriend has sensed immediately and gone I wait sitting outside the store with a laugh, lends itself to laugh at my idea to get out of the house to encourage "brick & mortar" stores in time pandemic ... in the end Bezos provides customer service and human more competent, and pound on my door tomorrow. ?
I hesitate between 1 and 5 stars because all in all the experience was truly memorable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aller chez La Source pour acheter une télé à 2500$... Se buter à un jeune pédant qui parle au cellulaire et qui ne raccroche pas pendant que nous attendons. Merci pour le bon service ! Nous allons acheter ailleurs. Ah et au passage... première et dernière visite. Bravo jeune homme ;)
Going to La Source to buy a $2,500 TV... Running into a young pedant who talks on a cell phone and doesn't hang up while we wait. Thanks for the good service! We will buy elsewhere. Oh and by the way... first and last visit. Well done young man ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is pretty useless, and the customer service is just awful. They are mumblers who are trained to upsell, but they're bad at it. They can't communicate.
Worst of all, one clerk actually made fun of my 12-year-old daughter for having an iPhone 7. He said, "I would be embarrassed to have that."
Guy, she's 12. How dare you?
