They went above and beoyond, testing the tv with me in the store, shipping the order to my appartment, and even helping me unbox it to test it again at my house. This is why you encourage local businesses instead of big chains !

What really makes their service distinguishable is the their honesty. Had already paid the money and ready to pick up the TV and he unpacked it to do a pixel test right in front of me (while could have just let me go instead).
