★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unlike every other Basha I've ordered from,their shishtaouk plate doesn't come with sauce at all unless you order it separately and pay extra. Had to contact them to order sauce after receiving the plate with zero sauce. I'm not sure why they don't include the sauce and shishtaouk together like other Basha's do.

(Edit) 2 months after I ordered delivery and everything in the food was cold , very very cold

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the fried chicken dinner. The chicken was dry and the coating was hard. In all fairness, fried chicken is not their specialty. The store is conveniently located and the staff were friendly.
