★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amir restaurants are losing popularity, this location is not helping.
The portions are not meant for adults, but of course the over cooked rice's portion is doubled in my plate to make it seem like a huge plate. This has been the second time I order from this Amir, and it's always the same things, same bits and pieces I'm also reading (pattern!!!) from other fellow google local guides:
- Rude person on the phone
- Coupons apparently not being valid anymore
- Portions
and to add a new one, dirty lettuce (see my photo and zoom).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered à shish taouk plate hoping to eat chicken but most of the plate was 90% made of rice and salad. Maybe a few slices of chicken. What a waste of money. Never ordering again !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving them one star was generous. Horrible customer service and horrible receptionist. She was extremely rude from the very beginning. She put us on hold numerous times. After waiting more than 40 mins for my order we called back and her response was, “well it’s suppertime so delivery takes anywhere from 45-1hr. We patiently waited until 1h10 mins and still NO food. When we called back she basically told us it left about 2 mins ago. In the end we ended up cancelling the order and getting our supper from elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the food but its a few times now that I call to place an order and no one picks up. The mailbox is always full, kind of hard to order something for delivery if no one answers and checks the mailbox ?♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, but the person taking my order dident use glove, touching the pita touching the counter, refilling the salad dressing, and God knows what else, the cook didn't use gloves prepping the meet for the pitas, I had the platter after I saw nobody using gloves, but it vas 90% rice potatoes and salad, and just a bit of chicken, I would not go back. But I guess the owner doesn't care because no one are replying to the comment's ?♂️?♂️?♂️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best Amir ever! ? No doubt, their taste is way better than all other Shawarma and Shish Taouk restaurants! No other restaurant’s Kafta Kebab is as juicy as their’s! Try it, you will be addicted! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible experience. The staff prioritizes mobile orders over clients physically in the store. I had to wait over 30 minutes for a combo platter because the lady at the counter made 3 different mobile orders before even addressing me and had to make a new batch of potatoes because she used them all on the mobile orders she was preparing in front of me while I was waiting. She then proceeded to take everyone else's orders as new clients came in and prepared all of them before giving me my order. If you like Amir's food, I would strongly advise to go to the store on Jean Talon which is much better service-wise. I will avoid this store at all costs moving forward.
