Mais pour ce qui est du téléphone... soit c'est engagé pendant plusieurs minutes ou bien tu attends entre 5 à 30 minutes quand tu fais le post de ton médecin... sincèrement c'est frustrant! The doctors are all exemplary, courteous, attentive, kind. But when it comes to the phone ... either it's engaged for several minutes or you wait between 5 to 30 minutes when you do your doctor's post ... honestly it's frustrating!

Tout d'abord, je peux confirmer avec confiance que Dr François Tremblay est un bon médecin avec une approche humaine. Je le trouve très sympathique, toujours de bonne humeur à chaque fois que je viens le voir et il fait preuve d'humilité. Je n'ai rien à redire sur son approche. Concernant l'accueil, j'ai remarqué qu'effectivement, en entrant dans la clinique, les réceptionnistes ne disent pas bonjour et semblent occupées à regarder leur écran. Par contre, chaque fois que j'appelle ou que je vais à la réception, c'est toujours la secrétaire du Dr Tremblay qui répond et je trouve qu'elle est efficace et me donne un bon service. De plus, je trouve que la clinique est neuve et également bien entretenue. Au final, je suis satisfaite du bon service. I read the comments and here is my conclusion. First of all, I can confirm with confidence that Dr François Tremblay is a good doctor with a human approach. I find him very friendly, always in a good mood every time I come to see him and he shows humility. I have no complaints about his approach. Regarding the reception, I noticed that indeed, when entering the clinic, the receptionists do not say hello and seem busy looking at their screen. On the other hand, each time I call or go to the reception, it is always Dr. Tremblay's secretary who answers and I find that she is efficient and gives me good service. In addition, I find that the clinic is new and also well maintained. In the end, I am satisfied with the good service.

Dommage que ne puisse l'avoir comme médecin de famille, je le vois juste en urgence. Je lui donne 5 étoiles sans hésiter. I've seen Doctor François Tremblay twice now and he reassures and secures me. Harassed my human rights i think with some of her responses, It was unreal someone speaks the way she did in 2019 like that...
