★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plus de 4-5 instructeurs avec plus que 10 ans d’expérience dans cette école de karaté, les enfants peuvent s’inscrire dès l’âge de 3 ans, et il n’y a pas de limite d’âge ou de poids quand on viens ici pour s’entraîner (idéalement 1 fois par semaine, mais le monde viennent parfois 5x par semaine du dimanche au jeudi) ici on montre l’autodéfense, les bases des coups frappés, les coups de pieds, le pointfight (avec équipement de combat et système de combat qui fonctionne par le premier qui vient porter le coup qui parait visible) et bien sure méditation, technique de relaxation. L’entraînement ici au karaté sunfuki comporte souvent de l’exercice de musculation naturelle sans poids, ici on renforce souvent les quadriceps, les mollets, les cuisses, le haut du corps, les abdos, et les bras. On commence souvent par un réchauffement de 15@30 minutes et le cours dure 1 heures pour 13 ans et +, 45 minutes pour les enfants.
More than 4-5 instructors with more than 10 years of experience in this karate school, children can enroll from the age of 3, and there is no age or weight limit when we come here to train (ideally once a week, but people sometimes come 5x a week from Sunday to Thursday) here we show self-defense, basics of slaps, kicks, pointfight (with equipment of combat and combat system which works by the first which comes to strike the blow which appears visible) and of course meditation, technique of relaxation. The training here in sunfuki karate often involves natural weightless strength training, here we often strengthen the quads, calves, thighs, upper body, abs, and arms. We often start with a 15 @ 30 minute warm-up and the class lasts 1 hour for 13 years old and over, 45 minutes for children.
